The United Concordia Dental Charitable Fund operates as a fund of the Highmark Foundation and is dedicated to philanthropic and charitable activities of United Concordia Dental. 

The purpose of the UCD Charitable Fund is to help serve the health care needs of the community, including but not limited to:

• Workforce development initiatives and programs focused on oral health
• Dental care for the uninsured and underinsured
• Diversity and inclusion initiatives, including oral health equity 

To be eligible for receiving funds, an organization must meet the following criteria:

• Be a nonprofit defined as tax exempt under section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and as a public charity under section 509 (a) of that code.  The Foundation does not support third-party or fiduciary arrangements.

Fund recipients will be notified by the UCD Charitable Fund for information on submitting an online application. We will not be accepting unsolicited applications from organizations or the general public at this time. If you have been notified by the UCD Charitable Fund to make a submission, please create an account to submit your information.
